Ingredients to make Spinach Corn Quesadilla

  •    For the tortillas - 1 cup Maida
  •    1/2 tsp - Salt
  •    1/2 tsp - Oil
  •    Water - .
  •    1/2 bunch of Spinach - For the stuffing
  •    1/2 cup - Corn
  •    1/2 cup - Grated Paneer
  •    1/2 cup - mozzarela cheese
  •    Black Pepper - as required
  •    Salt - to taste
  •    For the salsa - 1 small Tomato finely chopped
  •    3-4 tbsp - Chopped Onions
  •    1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  •    Pinch - of oregano
  •    Black Pepper - as required
  •    Salt - to taste

How to make Spinach Corn Quesadilla

  • For the tortillas: knead the dough with the ingredients mentioned.
  • For the stuffing.
  • Wash the spinach nicely then boil it for 4-5mins. When cooled down squeeze out the water & finely chop it. 2.Also boil the corn for 4-5mins. 3.Then in a bowl add chopped spinach corn grated paneer cheese salt and pepper and mix it well.
  • For the Salsa: In a bowl combine all the ingredients of the Salsa mix it well and keep aside.
  • Take the dough divide it into equal proportion. Roll it out in a circle. Heat non stick pan add few drops of oil then cook the tortilla from both the sides on medium heat. Add the stuffing on one side of the tortillas then fold it in half and cut it from the middle. Repeat the same process for making more quesadilla. Serve with Sauce Mayonnaise &Salsa.
